Wendy showed genuine honest concern-not fake. I did not want my IV in the back of my hand, she did not get mad and ask me where did I want it. I am a Deputy Sheriff and had my uniform on, she was concerned about my privacy. She took her time in explaining everything to me as to what and why she was doing as to just coming in doing what she had to do and leave out. I was alone in the ER without any family but she made me feel like a blood relative to her and not my nurse. She has earned not only daisy's but ROSES!! No, BOTH!!
