Our father was so blessed to have Ana Munteanu RN on 3 Phillips. She enters the room so pleasantly, like sunshine although it is evening time, her smile and reassuring introduction that she will be our father's nurse. Ana is well organized, does an excellent nursing assessment, is timely with medication, and finds time for eye to eye contact. She is compassionate and the patient feels so comfortable when she is in the room. She advocates for her patients, she makes the time to take off old dressings and band-aids that were left on. We left Valley every night that Ana worked knowing a skilled nursing angel was taking care of our father. Her smile was the best medicine! When our father developed hematoma from his wrist and was actively bleeding she applied pressure kept calm, called the doctor and reassured our beloved father everything be will be okay.
