When admitted to the unit our first nurse was fantastic and made sure that we got a nurse who would be able to handle my personality. Jamie completely exceeded all our expectations. She made sure that S knew all she needed to know about natural birthing and gave her the support she needed during the whole process. Jamie was very personal, took the time to sit down and really get to know us as people and not as patients. She was also very knowledgeable about the process, there was no question she couldn't answer besides why the cot exists! We couldn't have asked for a better nurse to be there when we needed one, especially with this being our first child. I hope she brings as much joy to other families as she has brought to ours.
