Heidi was very attentive to my brother's needs. She went out of her way to call me outside of the hospital to inform me that one of the Social Workers was needing to speak with me regarding his discharge and some concerns. She listens and shows compassion and interest in our lives!

This is not just a job for Heidi, I can see it is her passion and calling in life to care for others! We truly appreciate Heidi and all the staff. Heidi deserves to be recognized as a blessing to us all! Thank you Heidi, we are so glad to have you in our lives while we were at Saint Al's.
