She got other nurses and doctors right away and paged his oncologist and got the situation under control. She even came and checked on him when she didn't have him on other nights.

Vanessa is very patient and family oriented and recently was one of the primary nurses caring for a child who was in Hospice on our unit and passed away after a month stay. Vanessa is eager to learn and is gaining experience every day.
