Rich has taken his professional approach to care and his true compassion for his patients through a new level of care. Rich, despite if I'm on his roster or not, checks on me almost daily and keeps my motivation and spirits high. He is the person who always has a smile and words of encouragement despite his level of work load. I don't know how one person can be so giving, caring and motivational but Rich pulls it off with grace and a smile. He is truly an asset to the team and a great leader. I know that I have no worries about my care and well being when Rich is around. I will miss his cheerleader like attitude toward my rehab when I am finally discharged. Rich is the reason I have been as productive as I have throughout my stay and he will continue to be my mental cheerleader as I continue to heal.
