Kimberly-Ann was wonderful with my niece, her patient. She was compassionate with all of us too. She went over and above the call of duty for my niece and her family. Very informative, polite, caring, and concerned for my niece. She took extra time in explaining things and contacting doctors who needed to be contacted.
