Lynn provided great support to a new grad nurse during a critical situation that arose with an ACF patient on our floor. She remained calm and supportive, was able to assist the RN with resources, and truly advocate for the patient. Without her teamwork and quick thinking, the patient could have ended up in a very critical situation. We thank Lynn for her expertise. Even after the patient returned to the OR, she took the new grad under her wing to debrief and talk through the "what if" so she knew all the resources in the future should she need them. Lynn is an awesome leader!
