Eillen is caring, knowledgeable, conscientious, a team player, ethical, and proactive. I was getting ready to evaluate a very sick patient who was lying in bed. He was in distress because his linens were soiled and he was unable to move on his own because he was obese. The patient's PCT and I were unable to move him. Eillen stepped in and helped strip the bed, clean the patient, replace the linens, and calm the patient. She also ordered a new bed because the one he was in was not the correct size for the patient. Eillen is a superstar!
