Olivia has been recognized for going out of her way performing her duties in an excellent fashion and making her patients feel comfortable to the best of her ability. She is helpful and kind as well.
One patient wrote that Olivia is one of the nicest people he would ever know, stating that "she kept me going when I was feeling down and out".
