Rebecca was nominated by her colleague for the extraordinary care she provided to a terminally ill gentleman with two special needs adult sons. The patient was unexpectedly diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and given a poor prognosis with very little time. Rebecca was assigned to the family for home care visits, where she helped the patient's children understand the seriousness of their father's situation. Rebecca always brought her kind spirit and beautiful smile to their home and helped prepare them for their father's passing. She carefully explained changes in their father's health and supported them during his final days. The family expressed great appreciation for Rebecca and stated they had grown to love her.
