Our daughter has been in two NICU units now in a matter of a week, and we have been assisted by what must have been 25-30 different nurses. We have so many good things to say about our nurse KK Gray. We felt very well provided for, taken care of, and informed by KK.
We could tell right from the start that KK is not just here for a job, she is here because she cares. The love, care, and admiration that our daughter was shown by KK not only melted our hearts but consoled our fear of our daughter even having to be at the hospital in the first place.
KK went way above and beyond her job, by explaining everything in depth, as well as answering each and every question and concern we had with such a beautiful attitude and charisma. KK is the type of nurse that should be an example to all health care professionals. Thank you, KK, from the bottom of our hearts. Our daughter is thriving, healthy, happy, and ready to return home with mommy and daddy and we have KK to thank for that.
