I am Yvonne Bradley's Clinical Nurse Manager and was approached by the COR at the Comp/Shaw Clinic requesting that she receive an award because all she does is "work". Yvonne is not involved in the chatter or worried about what others are doing; this ensures a positive work environment. Yvonne will stay late after work to finish crucial forms for patients such as reasonable accommodation for housing. As the only RN on duty; she manages the clinic flow with a calm understanding attitude. She takes care of patients, answers the phone, completes patient health forms; manages the vaccine inventory; coordinates patient care; triages patients and answers all of the nurse/sick advice calls during the day.

Caberia Smith, COR from Comp/Shaw Medical Home wishes to nominate Yvonne Bradley for the DAISY Award.
