I had surgery and I don't mind telling you I was terrified. I was greeted by my nurse Kristin. I was scared and a bit grumpy. Kristin was an angel above angels. She was unbelievably understanding and didn't let my grumpy attitude get to her; I was in great caring hands.
Kristin attended to all my needs regardless of how rude I was. She generally cares for her patients; she held my hand and talked to me to ease my fears. As I was waiting to go to surgery, I realized I was in the best hands with Kristin. Everything went well and I would like to thank everyone but especially Kristin for being so special and making me feel so at ease, holding my hand, and for putting up with my grumpy attitude. She graciously helped me through it and called me the next day to check on me.
