We had a long stay in Labor and Delivery, 5 days! Dana cared for us during our last 2-3 days in L&D and she was astounding. Her care went above and beyond what we could have expected. She truly listened to us through tough choices. She brainstormed with us when nothing was working. She learned our preferences and catered to our individual needs. Not only did she care for my wife and baby, but also cared for us, the support people, in such an extraordinary way. She was one of our rocks. She was strong when we needed strength and tender when we needed tenderness. She made an incredible impact on our journey at Deaconess, and we are so grateful for her extraordinary care.
