Nurse Janette was my night nurse for two consecutive nights. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and put me at ease. This was especially appreciated since we are not allowed any visitors (which also made me feel safer, great decision, Kaiser!) and it can be a little scary being in the hospital completely alone.
Nurse Janette was wonderful, both in her professional capacity and as a compassionate caregiver. I have been a Kaiser member for over 35 years. It is the most expensive insurance by far offered to us by my husband's employer. But every year I hope and pray to be offered it as an option. Kaiser employs and trains the absolute BEST in the medical profession, as evidenced by Nurse Janette.
