Over the past few days, I have been cared for by several outstanding nurses and staff, but no one sticks out more than Nurse Michael. The work ethic, care, attention to detail, and compassion he has shown should be the benchmark that this organization stands behind.
He is thorough, thoughtful, and has gone way beyond my expectations. Nurse Michael was with me post-surgery during my roughest night and made me feel like I was the only patient in the building. I have been a Kaiser member for many years and have known some great people, but no one has made me prouder and more thankful to be part of this great organization than Nurse Michael.
