Rita amazed me, her way of knowing what I was feeling and taking the time to share with me in such a soft way, giving me hope.
I was in the hospital with CHF having come close to death. Not telling anyone I did not know if I really wanted to live or die. Rita must have guessed this because she started talking to me. I could feel the warmth and love. And care she felt for me. She went out of her way to type up information about my do's and don'ts. I started to feel better and admired her way of reaching me. I could tell she knew what I was feeling. She amazed me, her way of knowing what I was feeling and taking the time to share with me in such a soft way, giving me hope.
I broke my wrist and have a hard time writing. I hope you can read this. It means a lot to me. I feel this lady saved my life. I feel she deserves recognition for this. She went above and beyond her job having no idea how she saved me that day. Thank you, my friend.
