I am privileged to work with Tracy at Cooper Digestive Health Institute in Mt. Laurel. I get to see this amazing, skilled, compassionate nurse interact with countless patients. I am always in awe of the comfortable, easy rapport she has with every single one of her patients. As a fellow nurse, I often envy her abilities and the confident way she deals with every unique situation. She puts patients at ease and provides an atmosphere of comfort.
Recently, the tables turned, and I became a patient at CDHI and on the receiving end of Tracy's outstanding nursing skills. She switched gears effortlessly from coworker to caregiver. Tracy had to provide very personal care for me, and since we know each other very well, this could have been an uncomfortable situation for both of us. But Tracy did all of this with professionalism and grace. I could not have been more grateful. Her kind care truly made a meaningful difference in my experience.
