My dad and stepmom were in ICU with COVID-19. Lisa was caring and compassionate with me each time I called. She understood the dilemma of me not being able to come in to see him. Lisa conveyed all my messages to him. On Friday she told me she hoped she could be with him when he passed but would be off the next day. My dad passed on Sunday and Lisa was with him holding his hand, standing in my place. Lisa is a hero in my book.
