Caitlin is an absolutely amazing role model and support for the staff. She is always willing to help. She has worked at GH for many years and continues to show her commitment to providing the highest level of care. She advocates for her patients and her staff when she charges. She never hesitates to jump in and do whatever is needed so the primary nurse doesn't feel overwhelmed.
Especially during this global pandemic, Caitlin has kept a positive attitude and has remained calm in the storm. Her passion for her leadership role shows when she steps up for the unit needs and she always stays professional. I can tell the staff trust her and respect her. I know I was having a really tough day. She just listened and reminded me that it's okay to feel this way and we are not alone.
True leadership and ownership over a unit was demonstrated and I know she cares. She values everyone she works with and I absolutely love her!! Her eye smile says it all; especially, since we can't see each other anymore.
