Melissa and Michelle were both just wonderful. I was in a lot of pain as I had to have repeat surgery on my knee 2 weeks after the knee was replaced and the pain was an order of magnitude worse than the original surgery. It took me 30+ minutes to go from lying in bed to sitting and I had to frequently call for drugs, toilet, or other issues. Melissa, Michelle, and all the people on shift were incredibly nice and professional. Often checking in to see if I needed something before I rang and always eager and patient in helping me. The floor was very busy but they took the time to make sure I had my preferred diet, ginger ale, and a full ice and water cup to ensure I drank plenty of liquids. They were never unavailable. When the pain killers were not working at all, Melissa and Michelle called someone to authorize additional painkillers and took the time to talk to me and assure me it would soon be better. I plan to bring everyone Italian Store pizza when I am able to drive to thank them in person.
