The last thing that I wanted to do on a holiday was to go to the hospital. As you can guess, I wasn't in a very good mood. As soon as I was put into the ER room to be checked out, Jessica changed my mind and was very considerate of my problems. Jessica showed a very nice patient/nurse relationship and all the time getting done what needed to be (her job). During the short time, like clockwork, she had me on my way... to the 3rd floor with another nurse. I could see Jessica knew what she was doing even though I didn't. Thank you!

I came into the ER with major abdominal pain. From the moment I was out in an ER room, Jessica made me super comfortable, was very calming, and never made me feel like my symptoms were fake or that I was being ridiculous. The compassion she showed, as well as empathy, was greatly appreciated, and it is rare in the world we live in. Anyone who has Jessica as their nurse will be well taken care of physically and mentally. Jessica, thank you so much!
