Natasha went above and beyond to make my dad's stay bearable. People come to the hospital at their worst and by the third night of being his nurse, he didn't have to call when he needed assistance because his needs had already been met or he knew she was returning soon so he wouldn't call he would wait. She was so detail-oriented and remembered everything from how he does not like ice in his water to he liked his feet uncovered to go to sleep. She was always pleasant and able to answer all of our questions, even if it meant calling the doctor. She encouraged him to walk even when he did not feel like it. She could tell when he was wearing down and would get him back to his room. I felt comfortable leaving, as I was exhausted, the third night she was his nurse because I knew that he was in good hands and that he was being well taken care of. She truly is the epitome of what a nurse is. She showed confidence and empathy all while pushing Dad to do everything he needed to do to come home. We will forever be grateful for our experience at your facility because of the care we received.
