She was outstanding! I was not allowed any family members in my room. She took all my worries away, explained everything step by step. She made me feel relaxed and calm and very important. During her entire shift, she was so helpful and accommodating to all my needs. I felt so safe when I felt alone. She made me laugh and gain trust in her good rapport. She went above and beyond by even staying after her shift to help me. I felt I had a family member with me as she gave me motivation and strength. What an outstanding employee.
