I was never in the dark for one minute as to the disease process and what was being planned for me. Jason's technical skills were excellent, but he also went the extra mile by often remembering to bring me that extra cup of ice water.
I would like to thank Jason for all his care while I was a patient. He was very kind and compassionate during my stay. Always willing to help.

Jason was great at providing my mother with care. He took the time to explain everything. Any time my mother experienced some pain or a concern, he was quick to provide care, pain relief, or a solution for her concerns. This has been a very long hospital visit, but I am very impressed with the level of care my mother received.
***
You are a special person. For me, you do 100 %. Thank you.

Jason took the time to explain things to me not once or twice, but as many times as I needed. Jason is worth his weight in gold! Thank you! My experience at Mercy Gilbert was second to none. Not just Jason, but many frontline professionals who helped me through one of the worst experiences of my life health-wise. I am forever grateful to each and every one of you! Stay safe!! Blessings to All!

I would like to praise Jason for the superlative care he provided me while taking care of me during my COVID stay here at Mercy Gilbert. I am a 69-year-old, retired 35 year RN, and have seen excellent nursing performed in the past, but none better than the care afforded me by this young man. He was always on top of the smallest details of my case. He continually communicated absolutely everything to all the various doctors and departments involved in my care and conveyed all the information and plans of the medical professionals right back to me with excellent explanation and clarification.
I was never in the dark for one minute as to the disease process and what was being planned for me. His technical skills were excellent, but he also went the extra mile by often remembering to bring me that extra cup of much-appreciated ice water when I didn't expect it. As said, his technical skills were excellent, but his educational skills were the best I've ever seen and we know how important patient education is to the nursing process.
The evening before my discharge day, Jason spoke on the phone to my PCP about my case and my PCP asked me later on the phone "who was that Nurse?! He was great!" And I wholeheartedly agree! Jason, you were great!! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
