Kristen took care of a critically ill patient in the ICU after complications from a seemingly benign medical procedure. Kristen demonstrated a caring and compassionate bedside manner while quickly and efficiently providing the highest level of care to both the patient and his family. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the patient passed away with family at the bedside. In the midst of their grief, the family found comfort and peace in knowing that Kristen did everything she could to treat their family member and are eternally grateful for the care, compassion, and support displayed during their stay.
