I was a patient at UNC Rex Healthcare. I had a heart catheterization by which required three stents. I found UNC Rex to be a first-class facility with a first-class staff. From the time of arrival to the time I was discharged everyone was very professional and very pleasant to us.
One person stood out to us as exceptional. This person was Jessica Burns (Jess) in cath recovery. She went over and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. She did her job in a timely manner with a very outgoing pleasant attitude. Jessica is an asset to UNC Rex Healthcare.

She knew her job, very patient, kind, explained things very well, checked on me often, knew what to do every time, very understanding.
Everything was excellent.
