I have been a patient at Banner Gateway several times. My experiences here with the nurses and aides have been amazing. I call them my angels. But there is one nurse who stands out and I call her my guardian angel. I had Ingrid as a nurse some time ago and more recently. Ingrid stands out because of her outstanding personality. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ingrid delights me when she enters the room with her smile, she has such great energy and spirit. There was a time when I felt down when everything about my condition hit me. Ingrid took the time to listen and talk to me about how things will get better. She made me feel so important and much better. It meant a lot to me.

While most of the staff have been good, Ingrid has gone above and beyond. Her bedside manner is exemplary. Ingrid took the time to answer all of my mom's questions. She has eased some of her concerns. I can't begin to tell you how thankful she is my mom's nurse.
