Sue was my husband's nurse during his recovery from open-heart surgery. She was extremely knowledgeable and most attentive to his care. He was scared and not understanding what was involved after surgery. Sue made sure he understood every segment of his recovery. She explained everything so he understood. She also understood and followed the surgeon's post-care. Sue is a great value to the Banner Boswell nurse team. My husband seemed to be calmer with her care and I felt reassured because of her expertise and gentle care.
When it was time to discharge him, she made sure he understood his medication ordered by the surgeon and was speedy and thorough to discharge him. My husband said it was like an angel took care of him. What a compassionate individual Sue is.
