I must say our experience at TMH started out pretty rough. Along the way, my sister and I lost faith and gave up on hope. My mom had been transferred all around the facility and we ran into so many different personalities.
We ended up in CICU on the 3rd floor and it was like God sent an Angel from the sky. Her name says it all "Heaven". She was so kind, passionate, respectful, very detail-oriented, and caring. She went above and beyond her normal scope of duties to make our stay here pleasant.
In my eye Heaven didn't treat my mom as if she was just another patient, she treated her as if she was her own mom. Heaven explained every detail of what she was about to do to my mom. I knew when Heaven was working there would be no sleep going on, lol. Why? Because she made her rounds faithfully every 2 hours. There would be no bedsores on her watch. She would turn my mom and would be so gentle with her.
Heaven actually took the time to explain things to me that I didn't fully understand. TMH is very lucky to have an employee like Heaven on their team. Very outstanding! Giving her a 10+ star rating from me and my family. Thank God for nurses like "Heaven"!
