Not one specific action Wilson has done, but many. He performs his duties with such compassion that you feel "loved" and that he truly cares about you. He is joyful! He hums as he goes about helping you; he "slow dances" with you to the restroom and back to bed. He keeps my modesty when he changes my gown. He gives me plenty of blankets and places the remote or phone on the tray for easy reach. He never changes his attitude no matter how many times you ask him to turn off that DARN ALARM. He's a cheerful giver. I was so happy when I knew he was my nurse for that shift. He's the BEST!!!
