I am writing this letter to you to inform you of the excellent treatment I have received from the employees of the Hampton Virginia Veterans hospital dialysis treatment dept. I have been on daily home peritoneal dialysis treatments for 7 months. One day, after I did my treatment, my stomach catheter broke and I called the Hampton VA Hospital due to an emergency incident. Mr. Ben Puckett of the Hampton VA hospital dialysis dept had the day off. But an hour later Mr. Puckett called my house and told me to come into the hospital and would see me. Mr. Puckett's seeing me on his day off verifies the excellent treatment and care and professional services that Mr. Pucket and all the employees of the dialysis dept give to me and all the veterans at the hospital.
