Kristie takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I felt comfortable asking Kristie several questions on what it meant in laymen's terms. She has taken the time albeit when she is busy with other things to make me feel comfortable in my knowledge of the subject. Kristie shares her life stories and listens to mine. That makes all the difference in the world because it makes you feel human and not just like a number. It's the little things we take for granted that make the biggest difference. Everyone has been very helpful, kind, and made me feel comfortable, but Kristie sticks out and takes it to the next level.
