I met Danielle when I needed assistance after breaking my right foot. I live in Racine county, work in Milwaukee county, and didn't have a way to get to work. Danielle was with me every step of my continuing journey. She worked with a social worker, my doctor, and while she wasn't able to provide a solution, she tried very hard. She supported me in my recovery, keeping track of my progress. She was a calming force in my chaotic world after surgery.
I then contacted her for help in finding a new primary doctor as mine was retiring. My foot was needing less attention and I had an arm issue I wanted to be checked out. She sent me profiles and confirmed locations, who was taking new patients, etc. She could have just given me the website information and left it at that, but she didn't. She could have done like someone at my insurance and just transferred me off to someone else. But she didn't. She followed my care on x-rays, found me a physical therapist as well. The thing that she did that motivated me to nominate her is she called me one day to let me know my current OB/GYN was not covered under my insurance, wow. A prime example to me of how she truly cares for her patients. She then found me some doctors who were taking new patients so I could make an appointment with them.
I've worked in manufacturing and retail customer services for 30+ years. As a customer, the world seems to be headed towards customer "no" service. Danielle is an amazing customer/patient-oriented person. She's provided support, guidance, her opinion on questions I had, and she has made this crazy journey of mine bearable because I knew she was there. She is calming, helpful, supportive, all necessary traits for her position. She goes the extra mile and honestly shows her patients matter to her. She is an inspirational woman.
