My husband and three babies under the age of 5 tested positive for COVID this past week. I was also having symptoms of COVID, and last night I was having a hard time breathing, so I went to the ER.
Emily took care of me; I told her I felt anxious about everything going on. She was very compassionate and understanding. Emily made me feel comfortable, and I could tell her everything that was going on with ease. I asked her several questions about what could be going on, and she answered them thoroughly. I feel like Emily made everything go smoothly, and I was quickly seen by the ARNP, had the x-ray, and gave me the medication I needed soon.
I told my husband I didn't want to be alone at the hospital since I knew he wouldn't be able to come in with me, but Emily made me feel as if I was at home, and she was a real blessing to my life that night. Thank you.
