Nurse Nicole both welcomed us to Labor and Delivery and ended up helping us labor the next day. During her two shifts with us, she was extremely attentive, kind, and brought such a great sense of humor and love! Nicole took her time answering all our questions, making sure we had what we needed, and to make sure we were comfortable. She never made us feel like we were asking for too much. Nicole was the best Labor Coach. She welcomed my husband to be super involved and also took the lead in guiding us all through our initial pushing through the birth of our son. Our baby needed to heal in the NICU and Nicole was extremely calming to me when I was left alone minutes after birth while my son and husband were sent to the NICU. Nicole welcomed us with a smile and a hug, and that's how we needed our time at L&D with her. She will forever be a special character in our son's birth story!
