This patient was informed that he would need an extensive cardiac workup, and chose to have this done at BH. Although our patient was apprehensive, he was made to feel quite comfortable and reassured by Lisa. Everything was explained to him and to his family, and while Lisa "remained quite positive and displayed true and sincere empathy every step of the way; she was extremely professional and efficient, and the follow-up phone calls with test results were outstanding. She exemplifies what exceptional nursing care is all about. I consider her to be the icing on the cake, or perhaps, on the cinnamon rolls."
