Ms. Gapulan was the nurse for my newborn and me for two nights following my cesarean in September. Throughout, she was attentive, kind, encouraging, and very caring. It was evident her medical knowledge is on point. She was able to take action when needed and provided reassurance when necessary. She noted that I was extremely exhausted and after my baby spent most of the night feeding, she insisted that I get a few hours of sleep undisturbed. She took the baby to the nursery and brought her back for feeding several times. With my first delivery in 2017, I was exhausted. Her attentive kindness and help prevented that this time around. Her expertise and warm heart shine through.
