I had an accident and fractured my right leg. I was brought to the hospital and then straight into surgery. Everything happened so fast.
Misty was my nurse when I got to my room that night after surgery. Once I met Misty, everything seemed to slow down and not feel as chaotic.
Misty immediately made me feel safe and she was very patient, very kind, and explained everything to me as it was happening. She never left me feeling like I did not know what was going on or like I was alone. Misty always made sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met and my questions were answered.
Misty is an asset to this hospital and definitely to the unit.
