I want to recognize you for consistently being a source of excellent care. This week as I cared for a precious patient in the last hours of her life. Her mom shared with me how well you have loved and cared for them during their long hospitalization.
She mentioned details of how you not only provided excellent nursing care but how personally touched she was that you always went above your duty to make sure she was cared for as well. As a parent who has had frequent hospitalizations with my own babies, I can relate to how comforting it is to have my own needs acknowledged.
