Ms. Shannon was beyond a great nurse while I was in her care! She was kind, attentive, always on time when needed, and extremely helpful. I received a Trachea and could not speak, she ordered my food for me, was patient as I wrote things down for her, and never seemed frustrated that I needed extra assistance. She also lifted my spirits, told me jokes at times I was in pain and wanted to cry when I finally was able to speak out, she almost cried and was so happy for my full recovery!! Maddie truly is exceptional. We need more nurses like her in the world. God sent an angel to care for me. Go Maddie!!
