Teresa was so amazing and attentive our whole day. We are first time parents and had no idea what to expect but at each step along the way, Teresa explained everything patiently and thoroughly. She was so knowledgeable and confident. That reassured and calmed me in a way I had never imagined my labor course going. In one word, I would describe it as fun! Her excitement about the progress was contagious and made the whole day so wonderful. Teresa stayed late after her shift to help us push so we would be with someone familiar which made us feel so much better. I could not have imagined a better day and most of it was in part due to her excellent care and attention and my husband and I really appreciated it.
