Terri stepped up and took care of her along with all her other patients.
I came into the ER on a Tuesday night. The hospital was so busy that night that early morning around 1:00 am or so I was put right by her desk. I was there when shift change came. I think it was about 8 or 9 am. There were other patients around the desk also and against walls. We heard all the instructions given by each nurse as to what patient they had. There was this one patient who needed help badly, so we told her not only did she have all her patients, but she took on the other patient. (She was an older patient with Alzheimer's). She helped the patient go to the restroom, changed her bedding, and helped her back to bed. (She had to have help walking. She could not do it by herself). Terri stepped up and took care of her along with all her other patients. Terri made sure she had something to eat, clean bedding. She treated her with so much Kindness, Compassion, Excellence, Dignity, and Integrity. Thank you, Terri.
