I came from ER and was very scared that I might not live. She had the softest voice like an angel. She shared a personal story about a family member of hers who is on one of the meds I take and I also get a lot of flak for being on. But what those people don't know is how my life had changed for the better. She told me not to pay attention if my quality of life is better. All day she worked her butt off, got my meds for me, and kept me comfortable. God Bless her.
