"She comes to the unit with a positive and motivated attitude each and every day to provide excellent patient care.
The unit is frequently busy with on-going admissions and transfers, but Vivian goes above and beyond to get the job done efficiently without complaints. She often displays her teamwork by offering help to her peers.
Each day she is present on the unit she has become someone that all staff can depend on and look forward to working with. Overall, even during difficult times, Vivian generates enthusiasm and positive energy, collaborates as a team player, and serves as a role model to staff/others."
