Ana would go get our food, heat it up, come in and spend time with us, and every time her shift would end she would make sure we knew who was taking care of us the following day.
I'd like to say thank you to Ana, you went above and beyond to make sure my baby, my husband, and I felt as if we were at home. Which I really needed because I could barely move after my epidural. I was left sitting up two or three hours so I felt like a stranger with a rock for a body, plus this was the first week that I and my 4 year old have ever had to be apart, so as happy as I was, Ana listened and went beyond her job requirements to make sure I was smiling always on her shift. She even went out of her way to make sure my husband and new baby had everything they needed and more. She would go get our food, heat it up, come in and spend time with us, and every time her shift would end she would make sure we knew who was taking care of us the following day. The last day she took care of us, it felt like we were telling our family goodbye. She also made sure that if we did not understand something she would look into it and explain what everything meant. For example, why they had to give shots or do a certain test. She is the perfect role model employee for all other employees to look up to and strive for higher standards. Thank you for a memorable experience for our daughter's birth it meant the world to us to be treated with such love compassion and respect.
