Michaela definitely made a difference in our stay and I can say that it was the most enjoyable hospital stay that I have had.
Michaela has a spectacular bedside manner and went above and beyond to make our overnight stay more comfortable. I was here alone with my 5-month-old and didn't want to leave his side even to go get myself something to eat. It was the end of Michaela's shift and she offered to stay with him while I ran downstairs to the McDonald's to grab a burger. When I got back she was there playing and talking with him and you could definitely tell that he was enjoying her company with all of his babbling and cooing with her.
The rest of the night we had a different nurse who was nice, just didn't have the connection that Michaela did. The next morning Michaela was back and as soon as she walked in the room and started talking, my baby just lit up and started cooing at her when he recognized that it was her. She definitely made a difference in our stay and I can say that it was the most enjoyable hospital stay that I have had.
