I have watched and admired Diana over the years. We call her sunshine because no matter what the situation, her presence alone, brightens the mood of all those who she encounters. Diana has always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care for our veterans. She strives to provide the highest quality of care, as well as look for improvements that can help the team provide the best care to those who sacrificed so much for us. She worked the COVID tent during a time when people were fearful. As the RN First Assist for Ortho, she makes sure the staff is compliant when it comes to Tissue and Biologicals. She truly maintains the trust and confidence of not only the veterans but her coworkers as well. Diana is a prime example of what the VA's Mission represents.
