Soeyun was put on my father in law's case after he decided to go on palliative care while in the hospital. He was fighting esophageal cancer and some other illnesses and had made the decision he just wanted to be comfortable. Soeyun was so comforting to all the family and R throughout the whole process and just reassured us of all the decisions he and the family were making. When it was time for R to go on hospice she was once again there to help guide us all through the process. Our hope was to get him home where family could be with him but that did not work out as we had planned. R spent his last days here on earth in the hospital with family by his side. Soeyun was there every step of the way comforting not only R but also the family. She was such a ray of sunshine and hope during such a sad time for our family. We truly believe that Soeyun was one of many angels that were given to us during this heartbreaking time. We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us during that week in the hospital and can only hope that others in our position get to experience her comforting care in very difficult times.
